What User likes about 3 Palms:
3 Palms is my favorite restaurant in the Red Hook area. Upscale food, great but casual service, very comfortable inside and out with a nice wine list. The bar looks great although I’ve never hung out there. Our group was 2 couples with varying food tastes. We had 2 apps lobster dumplings and pork belly watermelon salad to share and 4 entrees rib eye steak, crawfish etoufee (sp? , scallops and mahi with crab. All were excellent and good portions, especially the steak and pork belly. The scallops might have used a bit more on the side but that is a minor ding. I loved the wine list on a tablet which offered much more detail on each selection than regular lists. We reserved a table on the deck but it was very windy so they gratuitously moved us inside without a hitch. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physical limitations.

Sat outside, beautiful view, perfect evening weather. Service was fantastic Natalie). Our food was mediocre. Lobster dumplings were swimming in too much butter. Octopus and endive salad were highlights. Three out of four of us got the grilled Mahi Mahi with lump crab. The crab was amazing, however the Mahi was a salt bomb and I am a salt-a-holic).
