We have stayed at many Ritz-Carltons over the years and are Platinum Marriott members. This Ritz is not up to par with others. We have a home on St. Thomas and were there for the holidays. I made reservations on the St. Thomas/Ritz-Carlton website for lunch on Christmas day. When we arrived, we were treated like we were UNWANTED because we were not staying at the resort.
