"Fantastic gem. We stopped in here on our way back from Detroit. The owner served us, and was very down to Earth. Not to mention the food was great. You could tell he was passionate about his food. Update: It's now under new management, but they have tried to keep it the same as before. They even respected the prices which is appreciated. I think they now put a little more donair meat too, which is an added bonus."

"My son in Burlington sent me 6 Tipsy Cupcakes for my 70th birthday on Saturday. They were absolutely to-die-for! Not only were they moist with out of this world flavour, the extra little vial of booze was an extravagant and tasty touch. Well done and thank you! I ordered a cake from you for my hubby's 65 birthday 3 years ago and you outdid yourself with these cupcakes!"

"Last week my wife and I went for lunch. My wife had western sandwich. She said it was excellent and reasonable. I had heard their liver and onions were very good. They did not disappoint. The liver was mild and succulent and a generous proportion. I had the fries and they were great. Will go again!"

"I have loved pita pit for many years now, but I think I'll have to stop going to the st. Thomas location. Today is the second time I've received cold meat in my pita, I also asked for it toasted, which they did, but for probably 2 seconds max because when I got in my car and unwrapped it, it was also cold. So, so, so disappointed. I was craving a delicious pita, paid extra for extra meat... a total waste! Ugh."

"My wife and I have been eating at The New Sarum Diner for years, the food is always excellent and the staff are like family to us. Coming here is like going home for Sunday dinner, with out all the drama . We love this place and is well worth the drive from London. Yesterday we had lunch here, when we were finished we headed out to the parking lot and I noticed our truck wasn't sitting the way it usually sits, it had a major lean to the passenger side. Rear tire flat...thankyou screw! No problem I jacked her up to put the spare on, or so I thought. The aluminum rim had seized itself to the brake drum and would not budge. I needed a hammer and all my tools were back in my shop in London...sadness! Nancy went back in the diner to ask if we could borrow one. Jim White, the owner of the diner, came out to the parking lot and told me they didn't have a hammer...great sadness! But wait there's more. Jim got in his truck and drove to his house to get some tools. He returned with every tool I would need short of an engine rebuild! Wrap a towel around the hammer, give the back of the rim a couple of whacks and the rim was off... and the villagers rejoiced! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to in this instance. Mr. Jim White went above and beyond customer service as he so eloquently phrased it. This man took time out of his busy day to help us out and that impressed us to no end. There are good people out there and we just found one! Thank you for your assistance Jim it was greatly appreciated. Like I said yesterday... I owe you one man! and I mean it. Later... Mike Blaney"
