"We were spontaneously in the Klosterschänke today. The man chose the restaurant and I must say it was a very good choice. There is a very nice beer garden and since the weather was still great today, we sat outside. It is also great that there is a small playground for the Kiddies. Our children weren't with us, but it's great anyway. We have always thought about coming to Sunday brunch. I'm going to dinner. The menu is small and fine and there are also seasonal dishes on an extra card. It is also very large that the allergens were shown at each court. So I was able to make my choice as a gluten allergy disease. I had the big salad with roasted salmon and feta, and the man had the carving with spices and fries. Everything was tasteful and delicious! Prices are moderate and very good. All in all a Kleinod in the middle of Dresden. We'll be back."

"Ein schöner Abend beginnt im Athos bereits durch das sehr zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Personal. Das Ambiente begeistert durch stilvolle Einrichtung und offene Gastfreundlichkeit. Die Speisen sind allesamt sehr empfehlenswert, egal ob Fisch, Meeresfrüchte oder Fleischgerichte. Mir hat persönlich die Anrichtung als auch der Geschmack der Calamari sehr gut gefallen. Das Athos ist für mich erste Anlaufstelle für einen gelungenen griechischen Abend."

"The service was great, the food was strange: Lots of foamy, bubbly, and gelatinous foods that we could not identify. If you are hungry and looking for a solid meal, this is not the place, but if you want a culinary experience (including edible flowers), then by all means give this place a try. No wifi. Right on the tramline. Also right on the main road, which means the outdoor seating is a bit on the noisy side."

"Waren zu zweit spontan im Brauhaus eingekehrt. Die große Terrasse war schon komplett voll, aber drinnen fand sich noch ein uriges Plätzchen. Es waren auch nicht alle Räumlichkeiten des Restaurants geöffnet.Es gibt jeden Tag einen Angebotstag, bei uns war das Maß Bier besonders günstig zu haben was wir natürlich ausnutzten. Das hausgebraute Bier ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben und schmeckt sehr gut. Als Essen wählten wir verschiedene Variationen mit Schnitzel. Die Bratkartoffeln war lecker deftig, das Schnitzel hingegen nicht mein Fall. Sehr dicke pappige Panade - das habe ich anderswo schon besser gegessen. Die Wartezeiten auf Getränke und Essen waren trotz gut besuchtem Haus kurz, etwas störend war dass wir von insgesamt 3 Servicekräften bedient wurden. Aber alle waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend wie man das erwartet."

"A very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. We had the burgers which were huge and very tasty. Irish coffee too strong! Never complained of that before!"
