New Palace is always packed and for good reason. The food is delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Although there are always a lot of patrons, I have never felt hurried. We are a party of 2 and we have always been seated quickly. View all feedback.
What Duy Cao doesn't like about New Palace:
Food is good but the service was subpar. Whole table was out of water asked for more water no one comes back to refill. I’d understand if they’re busy but the servers were walking around to pick up tabs off different tables but don’t have time to service the guest. I guess if you’re coming in a big party they charge gratitude so they don’t care? I’m not sure. View all feedback.
Real Authentic Dim Sum place, everything that we ordered were all good and tasty. Freshly roasted duck was the best and service was also great!
