What Susan likes about Panera Bread:
Food is really good, but expensive. The 4 versus 5 stars is only because of the cost. I highly recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. Also their mac n cheese is pretty good and toddler approved. Fountain drinks are $2.50 each so make sure to get a refill before you go. Oh, and their chocolate latte is tasty (and similar to a cocoa mocha or a cafe mocha at other locations). View all feedback.

This is the worst store around. Food arrived cold and I mean cold like it had never been heated. The manager had the nerve to tell me oh that’s the process and if I had a way to heat it up. I explained to him that I’m at work and don’t and would like a proper order or a refund. He refused to do either and I had to go down to the store to get this straight.
