"A wonderful dinner in a beautiful place. Super friendly staff, we were greeted courteously and escorted to the table. The table was set so that you almost didn't dare to sit down. "Three of us wandered 14 km along the Rhine. ends at the bus stop near this restaurant, but realized bus is about 45 minutes away. we decided and dinner in this restaurant in a building from the 15th Century....March over wood from this time and how well the place has been preserved. service, eating and drinks were good. will go again when there is an opportunity."

"I was here a few years ago when all the hotels in schaffhausen were full. I had a wonderful stay. everyone was friendly, from my first phone call to install the reservation by checkout. I had a great dinner and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. the ground was nice and I had a nice walk to the ransom after dinner. I'd rather like to wake up to the sound of the cock bells of those who prove the field outside my window."

"I have been here twice and both times, so far. The owner comes from the Vaud region of Switzerland, so I recommend trying wines from this region. Excellent choice, especially the white wine from Lutry. The staff is very attentive (but not too much) and the food is excellent. More importantly, the whole, location, food, wine and service is well balanced and makes the stay a pleasant experience. Kid-friendliness: My own judgement: Using common sense, well behaved kids are welcome. It is not a playground or kindergarden, so kids won 't be able to run around extensively play, but they will be treated very friendly by the staff. In front of the restaurant there is a boat style play option. Parking: There is a large underground parking (Herrenacker) directly in front of the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ground floor rooms, so wheel chair access easily possible. I don 't know about the toilettes, though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 80–90"
