"Can 't speak to the food is since we never got past the front door, but the customer service (or lack thereof) will make sure I never go back to find out what the food is like. Go to Vasta 's Bistro and Pizzeria or Mama Maria 's instead, both we good and friendly. The door to the right had birthday decorations inside, but the door to the left did not, so I tentatively opened it to ask if they were open... The gentleman behind the bar asked can I help you? in a gruff tone (it 's so often how you say it rather than what you say) and when I asked if they were open I was told in perhaps an even gruffer tone not at all! . I almost missed the afterthought he shared of them being open after 6 (it had been a bit before 5). I totally get being closed for a party, but put a sign on the door and work on that customer service. A warm tone and polite I 'm sorry we 're closed until 6 for a private party would likely have had me come back in an hour... Instead, we went to Vasta 's Bistro and Pizzeria where the welcome was warm, the service top-notch, and the food delicious. Mama Maria 's was pretty good too and had HUGE portions. Note: To further reinforce my point... After my pretty diplomatic review, the owner replied your mother should have swallowed you and f*ck you . Yeah, leaving was the right call. Glancing at the business profile I noticed another one-star review from just yesterday where he made an aggressive and negative comment as well."
