Faux Asian cuisine. Most dishes have tons of spice (not heat) that are substitutes for authentic flavors. The pho may be the most similar taste to authentic pho. They do not offer proper accoutrements or generous amount compared to actual pho establishments. Not acceptable to a Vietnamese person (two were with me).
