the ridges is a welcome addition to the stamford restaurant scene. this is a fine restaurant with high quality food. the raw seafood appetizers were fresh and the steak was delicious and cooked for perfection. be prepared to pay for quality. View all feedback.

Took forever to just get a glass of water. Out of four of us , two of the entrees we ordered they were out of and it was early in the night. Then they were out of the dessert we wanted. Food was just ok. View all feedback.
