"First class culinary experience. We went for a tasting menu, which was a journey through 7 different flavours, textures, and components. "A difficult review to write as the experience in some respects was amazing then let down by some courses that actually were difficult to eat as the flavour was so bitter. The service was 5 star, and full marks for creativity but maybe trying too hard as more attention needs to be in the flavour, I eat anything found a few dishes difficult to eat as it was bitter however some were so amazing the best I’ve ever had. It could have blown us away but I’m not sure we will go back."
