What Kanani Peppermint Plant doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
$6 for a the tiniest cup of beans or rice? The prices are getting ridiculous! They think we can't cook at home lol. Pollo Loco, let your ego down a bit, you're going to lose customers. Your prices are pathetic..... On top of that, their young staff aren't even educated. Teach them manners and customer service skills! The kids need the adults to teach them! Some of them seem soooo dumb.

First time I have ordered here and was very disappointed. Small pieces of chicken,Chicken was dry, tortilla shells tiny and not very much food for the money. Won't be going
When the line in the drive through is long, it's faster to go inside the restaurant. This El Pollo Loco can get busy at times.
