A great night in Hopkins! Dinner with Chef Rob Love On The Rocks was fantastic! A must if you are in Southern Belize! Between the 4 of us we had pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin, ribeye steak, tuna and shrimp all cooked for perfection and then kept warm on our rocks during the meal!
