What John C likes about Banh Xeo Boys:
Really very good. Best bahn xeo I've had since saigon/hochi minh. I've tried a few places in garden grove and not quite as good as this place. Also the sauce that comes with the bahn xeo is clearly made with Crack cocaine. Only bad thing about this place is that they haven't opened a place next to my house View all feedback.

I actually really enjoy their banh xeo, especially the lonely fisherman. However, what I don 't appreciate is how they advertise happy hour banh xeo for $10 on their Instagram from 2-5 on weekdays and do not honor it once you 've ordered. "I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that."
