This is one of my all-time favorite ice cream shops, I always stop by when I'm at the Rodeo 39 market. The flavors they carry are unique and delicious, they make it hard to choose. They offer samples, which is helpful. My current go-to is the Strawberry Pocky, it tastes exactly like what you would expect. Went yesterday had a horrible customer service from employee Val she was short, impatient and very rude My husband and I usually go and know what flavors we enjoy and have good service but yesterday we took our daughters and she keep insisting if we needed anything else kept asking every 5 seconds just rude they weren't sure about what flavor they wanted. "I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that."
