What Jason P doesn't like about Phoenix Pavilion Chinese:
Unprofessional lady who took my order would rather be on her phone than help me with some simple first time customer menu questions about some of the dishes served. The food was mediocre at best. Save your money and go down the street where the customer service and food is way better. I will not be coming back to this run down establishment where the customer service is non-existent. My hard earned money deserves to... View all feedback.
Terrible bland tasteless food. Tea was even bad. Service was terrible. It's very tacky to have pictures of there food on walls. I don't think food is fresh. Started feeling ill after eatting there. Very long weight for food. Water tasted like metal was in it. I wouldn't go back. If i could give this place a lower rating then 0 I would give it a -10.
Phoenix Pavilion stole $80. I ordered online, everything online said they were open. When I called to make a change to the order, I was told that they were actually closed. They still charged my card. When I contested the charge the lied and told my bank that I had picked up my order despite them being closed that day. Do not eat here. I recommend the Dragon Palace by the theater for Chinese food. Or even Pat's Thai Shabu or Jasmin Thai instead.
A friend and I went midweek during dinnertime, so it wasn't crowded. We ordered two dishes (General Tso's Chicken and Prawns with Pea Pods) a la carte and shared them. The food was really good, and not too salty. The veggies were really fresh. I thought the prices were very reasonable as well. Service was great, though I can see why backlog can happen (see other reviews) during busy times, because they cook one dish at a time and deliver each one as soon as it is done. But I thought the food was totally worth the wait. I was really hungry, so it seemed like a longish time probably 10 15 minutes. I'll definitely keep going back for more! I gave 4 stars because the ambiance is just slightly shabby, though I really liked the retro style Chinese restaurant vibe. The only thing missing was the aquarium up front!
Best Chinese food in Stanwood! I used to be loyal to Dragon Palace (also good! until I tried Phoenix a few years ago. The best shrimp fried rice, and vegetable rolls (my usual order Owner is super friendly. Really BIG portions. Zero complaints. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
