"The bakery items look absolutely delicious, though I only stopped for coffee. The coffee drinks are great quality and on par with every other coffee shop price wise. "Update: Exactly as I predicted they replied again with lies and threats. Speaks for itself. I'm sure they'll reply to this review with another of their obscure lies. I've had to block this business from communicating with me because of all the harassment and lies and stories they spew trying to cover up their failed customer service. I have receipts of proof even yet they try and say I was not a customer. It's a shame State College let's this corrupt business owner walk the streets. I've posted proof of purchase multiple times but Google removes it due to an apparent safety breach posting personal information. The food was raw, the taste was abhorrent, and the customer service speaks for itself with how rudely this owner responds to any negative review. ORDER FROM LYCHEE, save money, time and get better food."

"This Panera bread may get a little busy but that is no excuse for the Terrible service and terrible management here. This restaurant needs new management, kitchen upgrades, and comprehensive customer service training for all the employees. And please hire more cooks or equip your kitchen to handle the demand. And 90% of the staff are rude to you 100% of the time. If you can’t answer a question without an attitude quit your job, because you’re obviously not qualified to work here. I wouldn’t hire any of them anywhere."
