Kinda like chipotle, But with more options. Food is good and the price is fair. The people there seems not really enthusiasm but not a big deal.

Burrito $17 dollars plus all the fees and tips through doordash in total $26I received no meat inside the burrito, no side salad and no plantains.Never again!

"I usually love Roots as it’s a healthy option and tastes great. But the last few times we got it they forgot the chicken on our bowls. Seeing how the protein is what gives the bowl most of the bulk and that chicken is an extra 2 bucks, I was very disappointed. Not to mention the people behind the counter were very rude when I asked when my pick up order would be ready. Needless to say I have not been happy lately and it disappoints me seeing that I loved it so much before."

"Great service, perfectly prepared food. Can't wait to go back and try more things on menu. Party of 4 had steamed chicken dumpling appetizer, beef stew, baisal ribeye steak, beef short ribs, and grilled beef ribs. The tiramisu and duo chocolate mousse were great finishes. Sipped Buddha blend tea throughout for a very relaxing meal. Liked that we could bring our own wine. Will make this a regular outing."
