jax is by far the most underestimated bar in the state college. the managers are very hands on and will serve them drinks directly. eating is excellent, they have a large amount of Wednesdays with half burgers and blue mondens, about $10 for 2 beers and a burger that steals for each college child. What User doesn't like about Jax Kitchen:
Tried to go for the advertised Trivia on Tuesdays. Apparently 12 people (minimum of 3 teams) was not good enough for manager so we were turned down, even after we all agreed we don’t need a prize. Bartender was even going to give us random questions but manager decided to interrupt that too so don’t get hopes up for trivia.
