"Update: Exactly as I predicted they replied again with lies and threats. Speaks for itself. I'm sure they'll reply to this review with another of their obscure lies. I've had to block this business from communicating with me because of all the harassment and lies and stories they spew trying to cover up their failed customer service. I have receipts of proof even yet they try and say I was not a customer. It's a shame State College let's this corrupt business owner walk the streets. I've posted proof of purchase multiple times but Google removes it due to an apparent safety breach posting personal information. The food was raw, the taste was abhorrent, and the customer service speaks for itself with how rudely this owner responds to any negative review. ORDER FROM LYCHEE, save money, time and get better food."

"I visited Kondu in August of this year. Based on another review, I ordered the chicken fried rice. While the portion size was extremely generous, unfortunately, the food was too bland to eat. I went back and asked very nicely for some sauce or veggies tohelp with the taste, but my request was initially refused outright. I finally convinced her to *allow* me to pay an additional$7 for a container of sautéed veggies. I was just trying to salvage my meal. (Unfortunately, it didn?t help. The young manworking there sympathetically suggested I might like the Teppanyaki better next time, but because of my first experience withboth food and service, I haven?t yet returned."
