What User likes about Pho 11 Vietnamese:
we worked in lock haven, which is about 45 minutes east of the state college and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in a circle of 50 miles. that is, it's pretty legit for a college town in pa. pho is always great and the only one I've got is the egg rolls. They are pathetic tiny for the price they have paid, and it's just okay. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho 11 Vietnamese:
The last three times we ordered from here was wrong. We ordered Wonton soup and got fried Wontons. What a disappointment. I called them and they tried to tell me the difference between the two. Yeah, I know what the difference is that I ordered soup. Never again. View all feedback.
