What can I say about the joyfulness of the cellar that was not already said? a classic state college bar, which is very missing after the owner change in 1/27/1...

The food is always good (it's from Spats upstairs I think) and the staff is friendly. It's your typical dive bar feel with good prices. We love the Skeller!

Surprisingly good food and great college feel. Asparagus and mushroom pasta was great. Good beer list with happy hpur prices.
