Great customer service! My driver accidentally only delivered partial of my order and not only did I get refunded within 20min but the staff at the store deeply apologized and took care of me the following day. The bowl was delicious and they omitted coconut flakes and added chia seeds and caco nibs as asked. I was a little disappointed in the ratio of açaí smoothie to toppings. I frequently get this bowl at the Richmond Ave. location and they give much more açaí than this location. I felt like I was eating mostly toppings instead of açaí. Since this was my first time ordering from here I will give them another try. read more.
