Today, I experienced the best costumer service. By mistake, I ordered hot coffee. I wanted ice coffee. I received the ice coffee. What made my day, is that I was not charged for it. This kind gesture of the lady that helped, made my day. You see, I had spent a lot of money making a copy of my car key. I had lost it. This is the place to go get coffee and a donut if you want to be treated like you matter! Yahoo! View all feedback.

poorest service and coffee in the opposite. they are not friendly, nor do they care about anything except the almighty dollar. if you're not the same race as they don't even consider you person and it shows way much. View all feedback.
After purchase I asked if I can use the restroom, No. And I asked if there is any restroom nearby, No idea. It was the worst customer experience.

read moreI really enjoy this small Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff is friendly and the coffee can be hit or miss, depending on the day, but it's still delicious.
