Shocked to see the other reviews when I stopped by to leave this one. Our encounter at heartland bagels was quick, staff took our order right away, I asked for an extra toasted bagel, she even asked me if the bagel looked toasted okay before putting on the cream cheese. Best bagels the customer service is a shame. It’s a mix of kids and older women all w not the friendliest attitudes and they just don’t care. My order will often be slightly off from what I ordered, somethings missing, something I didn’t ask for was added, etc. The employees need more training and resources, probably more coverage too.
