Cozy atmosphere, great food, fair prices and excellent staff! Their split pea soup and grilled cheese are really good. Plus the location is convenient, just a couple blocks from the ferry terminal. What CVC doesn't like about Marie's 2:
Been going to Marie's for almost 10 years and after this last visit I'll never go again. Vegan cheese when I asked for fresh mozerella, undercooked chicken, flies everywhere, no heat, filthy,no water, dirty utensils. Waited one hour for our apetizer of half of a sweet potato which was the substitute for the sweet potato waffle fries that they didnt have. I was given 1 tbsp of salad dressing .
