PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident.The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. All things considered it’s a good meal. Service has its obstacles with the pandemic, but we had to ask for a champagne, salt pepper and maple syrup for pancakes. We also mentioned we were done with some of the food and asked to have it cleared but it wasn’t until we were entirely done.
