I have just ordered a beef egg foo young and I've got to say it was a mistake. Instead of crispy, it was mushy, like seriously mushy. Everything was drenched in soy sauce, and that was the only flavor I could get out of it, including the pork fried rice, which would've been perfect if it wasn't for the overwhelming soy sauce and grease.
