What Mommy payne doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Depending on who's making them, their smoothies are too liquidity and tasteless. There's one staff member who makes a perfect smoothie, which makes me think that the others are not following the correct proportions; just throwing ingredients in the blender.
