that is the best restaurant in staten island. Unfortunately, personal problems of total experience hurt, but eating is unrealistic. Hopefully, the personal will improve, as covid goes on. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Vinum Wine Restauarant:
Service was fine until I received the wrong entree. After a wait of 15 minutes, the correct entree arrived undercooked and inedible. Have dined multiple times previously there without a problem but after tonight will not be revisiting. A comped glass of wine just didn't solve the issue. View all feedback.

"I placed a large order on ubereats around two hours before their closing for my family and I. I ordered a party platter, which had an entire roll missing. The platter was yummy regardless! I just wish they were more accurate. I ordered 6 drinks, 1 of my drinks was missing, and the other 4 that I ordered spilled in the car. The strawberry boba drink spilled almost entirely. That restaurant is an 8 minute drive from my apartment. How does this happen? I contacted Uber support and they said the order was not eligible for a refund! This was a horrible experience and I will never order from this place ever again.Their beef teriyaki however was very flavorful! Their fried rice as well, soo delicious. Might buy this in-person next time and I’ll update accordingly.In all honesty, it’s probably better to skip their drinks hahah"

"Place was very trendy. Excellent service and the food was tasty. I'm not sure though I would return because it was very pricey. Two slices 6.50-8.50 each and a parm platter $18. Two sodas. 6.75 about $40 total for basically two grandma slices and a pasta platter. Anywhere else. $20 tops. It was an experience, which I did because I saw nonnas on the food network or on Instagram or something. Enjoy the experience. Bring your wallet. You won't see me there though, after all it's just pizza at the end of the day."
