the in-house pizza was excellent; very tasty and exactly as we wanted. the service was also Spot-on; fast, efficient and friendly. that is only tiny negatiw for us (and we are inferior), is that most of their designs were ipas or dipas, of which our (older) palate prefer, but that by the way, it is all kudos to this energetic, young team. we will make this absolutely one must visit for future! Eating is good, but my reason is that the two women run the register. I felt rushed to close as if they were both irritated before we got in. hesitant in answering questions and then it was about answering our questions on a skillful way. do not use whose manager. but I would say they have to have a customer service course. We stopped here while we sat on a trip with my family (3 young children and a dog) and our experience was great! we sat outside and the waiter immediately pulled a rainshade over us so that we were in the shadow and brought a bowl of water for our dogs. eating was delicious and everyone was so friendly and attentive. if we ever pass by staunton again, we will be sure to stop for pizza!

Pizza was great. server was pretty good. the kitchen was super slow. 45 minutes for 2 personal pizzas. who ever checked for us as soon as our server realized that our food was taken forever (not sure whether it manager or what) was super rude. not pointed, but had simply a generally bad attitude and was clearly not interested. I would also like to point out that we did not say that our food took a long time, our waiter was only surprised that our food had not come out when she checked at one point on us. 4 stars but because the pizza was good. will only be taken out in future
Definitely low-key, but quality nonetheless. We had the cheeseburger pizza, and it was really good. We also had a gypsysyp delta 8 drink (strawberry lemonade) that was soooo good! Not too sweet, unlike most lemonade drinks. Also, the menu price was $5/can, so I expected it to be cheaper in bulk from the brewery. Nope. Turns out Shenandoah pizza is selling them at cost. Thanks for helping me try something new!
