We stumbled on Werner's Dilemma while we walked around Stavanger after dinner, it was set up behind some tents for the ONS, but normally...

it is a nice place to hang and have some drinks before they are in a club. friendly staff, but not so much menu.

good bar, Friday night with dj and great cocktails.

perfect place to sit on the bar. pleasant DJ music on Saturday. in relation to dilemma is still unknown.
