"Was really good before; there noodles and making of the food have become really awful we don't go here to eat anymore. Just recently a girl packed the food wrongly and it spilled grease all down daughters pant leg and we called them and the manager blamed her for it not holding it right. That might of been a possibility as well but it was such horrible packaging that the reasoning behind it my daughter was trying to hold it right but the way the packing was was horrible. Costumer service is alright sometimes will not be going here again for food for a long time; no refund not even a replacement meal or anything from the manager. Just the manager blaming her for how the bag was being held and said she didn't hand it to her this way and that she had nothing to do with it ?never seen such horrible customer service not even a sorry."

"Horrible food, horrible service. The green papaya salad has no dried shrimp, though it's listed on the menu. Apparently there are no limes or fish sauce in it either. I sat a long time without a fork after my meal was brought out. Water glass was never filled. The response to my question about the shrimp was a shoulder shrug. I won't waste my time or money on this establishment again."

"The food is ok. I had the fish and chips, the fish was hot but the batter was a bit simplistic. The flavor was acceptable however. The service was excellent in my opinion but it did take a while for our food to arrive (we went around 7:30pm)."

"They have to hand out happy pills to all the employees.........I mean this in a good way! I go about 1-2 times a month and I have NEVER encountered a surly or somewhat even grumpy employee. That being said, the pizzas are really good! The fact that you can customize and NOT be charged for add-on ingredients is really cool as well. Lots and lots of combos so I am pretty sure anyone can be happy with their custom pizza. And.......you can have a beer! Great service.........great pizza...........give it a go. And join the rewards program and the app.........you get some good deals!"

"Their quality for GF pizzas have dropped drastically. Before when asked and told it was GF they had specific bottles of sauce for it. However when the person had been explained that in our last visit, they told us they never had been trained to do that and they had been working there for a year. (We have been going multiple times thought the year and every time they made a gf pizza they did use the bottles without asking)If any managers at MODs reads this. Pro tip: please train your staff that if someone asks for a gluten free or friendly pizza to automatically use the bottled sauces. Being told that they don 't assume when someone wants GF that they mean it was a pretty disappointing thing.We now no longer can order from doordash because we have no idea if they will try to keep it GF.Even though it is Gluten Friendly not free, gluten friendly means you do everything you can to minimize gluten contamination. This one did not, they used the normal pizza pans, instead of the ones designated for GF pizzas, they put on a sauce that had visible crumbs in it instead of the bottled sauce, and as far as we could tell there was no change of gloves."

"Love this place!. My parents, my four children and I stumbled upon this place two days ago and were so happy we did! The lady helping us went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasurable lunch and as we left she offered little gifts to my children. The kids all agreed they would love to go back anytime as they all found favorite foods, and that definitely doesn't happen often. My father is vegetarian and had no trouble finding something he loved. Some of us had the yakisoba noodles, some the teriyaki and rice, and my sons shared orders of California rolls and chicken teriyaki rolls (yum).
