Went today and they had obviously had a huge influx of orders. My order was quite late and the lobby was FULL of people. Despite having a full lobby and being backed up on orders all the workers were working together, diligently to catch up with no complaints, no attitude. I was very impressed ? thank you! Well from the get go of getting there to pickup my order it was a nightmare, half my order was ready, I was asked 3 times if it was paid for(all they had to do was look at receipt) order ended up being wrong when I called to talk to them I spoke with Marshall(he was quite rude) more or less I was told the order was right on there end oh well.
