What Marshall Gutmann likes about Timber Torch:
This is the somewhat recently revamped and updated restaurant at the base of Steamboat mountain, and they did a great job. I ate here 4 times while doing some spring skiing and each meal was very good. Twice I had the chicken wings and they were exceptional! Other family members agreed. What Marina Toy doesn't like about Timber Torch:
Our service was very fast and welcoming, our server was Victoria and she made the experience fun and enjoyable. THE FOOD on the other hand was so expensive but thats to be expected considering it is on the base and owned by the mountain. The food was good the sauce that comes with the truffle frys was soooooo good. But the burgers were burgers nothing really special, gnocchi was good but could have used more truffle...
