If you're looking for a fancy restaurant with stuffy staff stay away. If you're looking for delicious home cooked food and great service this is your place. It's my second time eating here and I highly recommend it. Great prices, great service, great food with a nice view. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Country View Motel Restaurant:
This is a return visit to this restaurant. The food is always good here and we have never had a bad meal. The prices are good and the service is quick. All good so far with this visit.PROBLEM... The temperature in the dinning room was set at 18.5 c. The room was cold. Much to cold to sit and enjoy our dinner. We will go back again in the summer when the cold temperature will not be an issue. Just ate here and WOW!!! Had the 2 piece fish n chips and by far the best I've ever had so fresh!!! And the homemade fries to die for! First time Ina. Long time...

Country View Restaurant is a very wonderful place to have good food and great service. Enjoy it every time we go there. Highly recommend it.

"The food comes hot and the portion sizes are so generous. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere is so beautiful and peaceful. The best place for a meal on a rainy day. The waitress was also very nice and accomodating and service was so fast!"

"Overall, the food was average. The burgers were large, however, you pay a premium for French fries. I would rather they just inflate the price and make French fries standard. The included item is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed shrimp, which didn't have a lot of flavor. I could tell I was eating shrimp and crab, but there wasn't much flavor. The portion was four stuffed shrimp. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety that I would buy at my local market. They were ripped with a tablespoon size crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $29, which I was prepared to pay, but was disappointed when it came out. Or meal was $95 (including a 15% tip). I'd also like to add we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a tad too much when two people in my party had a burger. The best part was dining outside right at the water. I drove from central Virginia to dine there, and am not sure if do it again. Just so so."
