Excellent BBQ catered two event for us a 15 person sit down meal and a 100 person party buffet. Both meals were fantastic. We were impressed by Excellent's commitment to quality food as they encouraged us to get our party guests to go through the line while the food was fresh, concerned that the previous small party the guests had waited too long to eat and that therefore the food was not up to Excellent's standards (all of ours guests felt that the food was great). They also showed up early, broke down only when the party was waning, and we're incredibly helpful throughout the party. We'll call on Excellent for all of our parties; can't recommend them highly enough.

Best Brisket I’ve ever had, Queso and Chips, Beans, it’s all Excellent, been eating there for months now at least once a week, 100% consistent quality and taste! My favorite no doubt!!

This is hands down THE BEST BBQ CATERING EVER. I mean it’s in the name! This is our 2nd time enjoying the most delicious brisket, sausage, beans, potatoe salad, chips and queso! Excellent BBQ catered my wedding and my parents 50th anniversary party.I received so many compliments on the food and the set up. Mr. Pacheco even ran out of business cards because all our guests needed his info for their next event! The staff was promptly on time, prepared and set up quickly and safely for our event.
