This is a pretty tacky little establishment but it does it's job.
Although small this cafe wine bar provides quick and easy access the locals and shoppers alike.

"We dropped in lodge on Thursday night. it was easy to book online and we could even order our food and drinks directly from the table via our mobile phones. we ordered the halloumi fries, veggies sticky pig bell. the black bell was amazing and the rest was really good. the only problem that we had was when we asked the waitress not to delete our table (we only dig out on a fast zigarette.) that was all in order, but when we came back to our eating was clear, and other people had already set up on our stand - that was annoying because we were only finished half our meal times and there were many others so much free! they have reimbursed us a meal to give one dessert. the desserts were beautiful. simple toy up, but still quite annoying. I think we're gonna go back because it was pretty good to eat, and the waitress was nice to us, even if she got up. shit happens, I think lol"

"A lovely evening. Gnocchi so delicate and fresh, rich and tasty tomato sauce. Veal cooked well with polenta, a great idea. Service good, perhaps a bit slow to start. Warm welcome and farewell. Will be coming back."

"It’s a brave move to create a duck pastrami sandwich but in my view, if you do it, you really need to pull it off. I gave it a red hot go, but in truth I was, well, disappointed. No pastrami flavour at all. Duck was dry and tough. Cornichons were stingy. Maybe go back and rethink. If the sandwich lived up to its description it would be a ripper!"

"WOW! Thankyou Med, we’ve had a great meal. The Terines were delicious and the Haloumi Salad had a superb dressing. The dips hit the spot, as we were peckish by the time we arrived at 2.00pm. And Prince was very happy!"
