I have to say, I stopped going to panera because the sandwhich was all bread most of the time and very little toppings. I tried it again today and was super impressed! Maybe it was the Eldersburg location that was skimping but I will definitely be going to Westminster from now View all feedback.

I go there all of the time I ordered a large coffee only to be rudely told by a worker that they don't have the large cups and when I told her I paid for the large she snidely remarked well we don't carry large cups. The staff there over the last few months have been rude and unfriendly. I used to enjoy going there, don't think I'll waste my money there any longer. View all feedback.
I always go late in the evening, but there are barely any customers. Got a hair in my pastry once, which was promptly replaced. Otherwise food is reliably good.
