Magnificent experience on Father's Day. I ordered a custom cake on 18. June 2022. I wanted to pick it up and learn that the order was not filled out because of the influx of the Father's diary. No one has informed that this would be the case. Because I had prepaid, I was forced to get a cake from the display. Clerk said this is what the manager said and that I just had to do that. I was the only customer, I walked in and no one spoke to me. They looked at me, made eye contact and didn?t bother to even acknowledge me. Definitely hurtful. Customer service has changed a lot. View all feedback.

They didn't even bother making extra when it wasn't enough to fill the cup... and still charged full price... not happy at all
