"CASH ONLY! Food was decent. The place was clean and up to date. But I found out the owner is too cheap to take cards. For a place that looks so good paired with 14 dollor burgers, you would think it wouldn't be a problem. Cash only is their biggest downfall. Especially saying he had his cadillac parcked out back. The man is not hurting."

"I love the Hepper. Earlier on the 11th in Rockford many years ago on the one to go and it was the best. Had enough condiments and chaos, it had to eat lol. You're also good when I'm there next time, I ask for additional conditions. I'm sorry for those who had no good service or food. Stop the good work. See you soon."

"Ordered online to pick up $45 worth of sandwiches.. which really is only 3 sandwiches.. one of them being a $16 foot long that they gave us a 6 inch instead. Didn’t notice until we drove all the way home. We go back to get the correct $16 sandwich and the employee with the green hair was so rude and unprofessional! We were an inconvenience to her and she had quite the attitude. Some people should not work in the food service industry. This is our last straw with subway. Spending our money elsewhere. Oh and not to mention this location NEVER accepts coupons that I literally get sent in the mail. Get out of here already and let a better business take over."

"Foods good from this location but the last time I ordered from there and had it delivered was not so good. The paper bag with my sandwich in it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke I kinda lost my appetite. I threw the bag away and said whatever, doesn't hurt the sandwich I guess. But then I kept smelling it, and realized the smoke smell was literally on the paper drink cup too. They need to tell their delivery drivers that smoking isn't allowed while they got peoples food in the car. Or maybe have their delivery drivers put the food in like a bag kind of like other delivery restaurants do.. Just nasty."
