Me and my wife enjoyed our visit to Ziegelhusi enormously. At first glance the menu was clearly no 9 to 5 routine menu but rather well thought out dishes using lots of local ingredients. It is clearly also a restaurant which uses seasonal ingredients. We chose the local lamb which was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
