We went to try Annie's Express because I saw they had Tawaianese Shaved Ice. I know. It's January. But ube flavored ice that has a bit of chew but then melts on your tongue with a hit of sweetened condensed milk (didn't need it but I loved the extra milkiness) hit perfectly.
