I am currently a member of bennigans staff and an experienced pantry chef at said restaurant on university Blvd in steubenville ohio. I eat our menu items everyday as well as prepare about 43 percent of our menu. As an employee I am comfortable in my assessment of our restaurant that I have adjucated most of my time. What Ashley Byers doesn't like about Bennigan's Steubenville:
Terrible ownership!!!!! They let there staff treated customers awful and won’t even return the customers call!!!! Very poor ownership! And they have a moron running Brooklyn bagel and If an issue arises! That thing claiming to be a manager won’t even let the owners know about his customers complaints because he thinks its okay to treat people like garbage if there not satisfied with there food!!!!! I’ve ate here multiple times the food is excellent! I would definitely recommend you to go here if your traveling and need a good restaurant to eat at the service is great and it’s a very friendly and peaceful place to take your family to !
It was busy we had a 30 minute wait. The staff was friendly professional worked in a timely manner. Our waitress was one of the best. We got our drinks and then our food came out hot and in a timely manner. It was delicious. The atmosphere is nice great place for a family dinner.
