Eat'n Park - Steubenville

Food service were great. If something was wrong, they immediately fixed it. A lot of food for the price though, compared to other restaurants.

I was so surprised at how good this dish was I thought I was eating something from a high end restaurant. The Balsamic Herb Crusted Chicken was delicious!!!! I walked in and ordered and it was ready in 15min minutes like the host said. The hostess staff was smiling and friendly as well.

Our server Fee (Felicia) was absolutely wonderful! Couldn't have asked for better service. The bananas foster French toast was really good as well~ ?

This restaurant is an awful place to dine. They prepared my meal incorrectly and below standards, then charged me an extra $2.49 for the mistake. If I had known how poorly they made the sandwich, I would have left before even trying the fries. The manager, Charlotte, is very demanding and disrespectful.

We waited 30 minutes to be seated and another hour and a half for our order to be taken. Larger groups sat after us were already eating while we had not received any food. We tried to speak to the manager but were ignored. Finally, our server, who seemed overwhelmed, took our drink orders but nothing else. After two hours, we decided to ask for the check for our drinks as we had not received any food.
