Waited in the drive thru for almost TEN minutes until I finally decided they were never going to answer my hellos.
Slow service, cold food, rude staff.
Love the Wendy's brand, eat at one of their restaurants 2-3 times a week Today while out and about in Ohio I stopped on way home.

"Have always loved the food at SG, but today 's visit was beyond wonderful. When my young toddler daughter got grumpy and loud, and I was a bout to take her outside, one of the restaurant staff came over to play with her! She said, Can she come for a little walk with me so mommy can eat? Oh, yes, please! She took my daughter for a little walk to see the kitchen and sushi bar and was so sweet and gentle with her. Several staff members checked repeatedly to see if we needed anything, if the baby needed more milk, and if everything was satisfactory. Thanks, Sesame Grill, for being so wonderful to our family today. It made for a memorable and joyful lunch experience!"

"Dynamite roll was truly amazing!!!! Shrimp fried rice unbelievable the amount of shrimp, and actual chunks of fresh vegetables!!!! 10/10 would highly recommend!!!! First time eating here and words cant express how great it was!!!! Sumo for the win!!!!"

"In the past it was great but now they serve your sandwich on new rolls which are smaller and they end up being liquid soaked easier. Nice and mushy if that's how you like your sandwich but I prefer a fresh and dry roll. I won't be returning and if I owned this place I would consider bringing your prices down as well because almost $6.00 for those little sandwiches is a bit ridiculous. Someone here made some bad business choices for sure. Service: Take out"

"The WORST service I?ve ever had. We had a get together with my family last night and ordered 5 pizzas and an order of breadstick with Marinara sauce around 8pm. Not only we?re the employees rude as hell to us , I?m guessing Bc of how many pizzas we ordered but when We got home and started eating the dough was still raw , there was barely any cheese on the pizzas , it was so soggy and the breadsticks weren?t even done. It tasted so bad and every single one of us woke up sick with our stomach hurting. I call this morning to speak to a manager and they tell me ? she?s not in right now ? . They told me the same thing last night so I?m guessing there?s never a manager in the store. If I could give 0 stars I would .. by far the worst pizza shop around. Would NOT recommend."

"Garlic shrimp was not good. Shrimp were ok, got about 2 lbs of broccoli with it and NO other vegetables. And when did broccoli become as chinese vegetable anyway geez us"
