Booked in advance as it was a Friday night, got told it was a 40 minute wait for food as it was busy, which is completely fine. Having waited for 1hr 20 thr starters finally came. We then waited another 30 mins and complained that it was taking too long for the meal. Over 2 hours in total. People were being seated, had food and left by the time we had ours.
