This is my #1 xiaolongbao in the Bay Area.Their pork filling is super soft and juicy. Flavor is light and refreshing. Each bao is relatively big so I can only finish 5-6 max in one sitting. Their dishes are a little heavier on ginger (which I love).The servers are really attentive even though they’re busy. They’re blunt but not rude.
