What Randall Leese doesn't like about Starbucks:
The teller appears to struggle with English… not a big deal, but she got my drink orders wrong as a result… and I had a rather unpleasant interaction with her later when attempting to get a refill, and the manager got involved. Still not sure what she was going on about, and I eventually got my refill, but probably will not return to this Starbucks. I will note that the manager seemed cool.Also, fyi, did not see any... Apparently Starbucks doesn’t want you getting refill. Based on the employee it enforces the rule that doesn’t allow you to refill if you step out of the store. Even sitting in your car drinking and come back is not allowed for refill.
An austere Starbucks. But the usual decent corporate coffee and employees.
Janet is one of the most wonderful friendly people you’ll ever meet she really knows her stuff! I came in to order some sort of cookie flavored holiday drink for my fiancé, and she knew exactly what I was talking about, she’s great!

This Starbucks is filthy. Bathroom hasn't been clean in probably months. Tables, chairs are dirty. Do they even clean the equipment they are using to make the drinks? It seems like they wouldn't.
