I think one of the cool west coast styled Dosa hut. That too inside a big supermarket; either inside Whole Foods or Safeway. I think this was favourite of another roommate of mine. He used to take us almost twice a month. However, the recommendation isjust to try the house-special dosas because some of them you will not get in anywhere else. View all feedback.

read morePleasantly surprised to find fresh dosas inside whole foods. Pretty decent doasas, Frankies and fried idlis (something hard to find at even indian restaurants)
